Metal Powder Coating Process

Surface Preparation

The first and most critical step involves thorough cleaning and preparation of the metal surface. This includes removing grease, dirt, oxidation, and imperfections to ensure optimal coating adhesion and durability.

  1. Powder Application

The coating is applied using an electrostatic process in specialized spray booths, ensuring even coverage, precision, and high-quality finish.

  1. Thermal Treatment (Curing)

The coated metal is heated in industrial ovens, where the powder melts and forms a smooth, durable, and protective layer.

  1. Cooling & Stabilization

After curing, the products are cooled under controlled conditions, allowing the coating to harden and achieve full resistance.

  1. Packaging

Finished products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport and storage, ensuring they reach clients in perfect condition.
